Sahih Sahih Muslim 1033 Narrator: Abdullah ibn Umar

الْيَدُ الْعُلْيَا خَيْرٌ مِنَ الْيَدِ السُّفْلَى

The upper hand is better than the lower hand; the upper gives and the lower asks.
